We aim to recruit candidates with the skills and passion to create meaningful and measurable impact in the lives of individuals, families, and communities.

Our Quality Assurance and Professional Development team leads the way in equipping our HUD RSC-Certified Community Coordinators with the tools they need to thrive. Coordinators complete 36 hours of innovative in-person and live training during their first year, followed by 12 hours annually thereafter. This training ensures professional development milestones are achieved while expanding their capacity to serve communities effectively.
